13 year old needs tips for track and field training? - track and field training
OK, so I'm like 13 and 6'1 or 2 (if it helps) with the length and the diet and advice on the practice. I'm like 165 pounds, so I guess in a good weight I am. I've heard that I eat more carbohydrates such as cereals. So I like Apple Jacks, tops. not so much junk food. I eat lots of fiber, carbohydrates and calcium now. Is this property. I really like) 30 push-ups, squats, and sometimes squats (3 sets of 13 each leg. I wish to 100-400 meters. Any tips? Thanks
